The event is presented virtually via Zoom.

What can I expect during the virtual reception?

Guests will have an opportunity to visit honorees in their individualized breakout rooms. Platinum sponsors and Gold sponsors will have named breakout rooms in recognition of the honorees. Please have the latest Zoom version updated on your computer in order to self-select the breakout rooms you wish to join.

When will I receive the Zoom link for the event?
  • The week before the event, you will receive an email at the address you registered for the event with the link to the virtual meeting.
  • This link is exclusive to you and should not be shared or distributed.
Are there instructions on how to use Zoom?

Before the start of the event, please download the free Zoom app to your computer or mobile device. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click the “join” link. You can also join a test meeting to familiarize yourself with Zoom. More instructions on how to use Zoom are available by clicking here.
