On Sept. 25, Professor Anna Spain Bradley delivered the keynote address at the annual Federal Administrative Law Judges Conference in Westminster, Colorado. Her presentation focused on understanding judicial behavior and decision-making through insights about human cognition and neuroscience, building off her 2018 article "The Disruptive Neuroscience of Judicial Choice," published in the U.C. Irvine Law Review.
