Professor Mimi Wesson was the featured guest on the March 30 edition of MSNCB’s news and opinion program “Connected Coast to Coast with Ron Reagan and Monica Crowley.” Wesson and Professor Thane Rosenbaum, Fordham University Law School, discussed religion in court cases and jury deliberations; specifically the 3-2 Colorado Supreme Court ruling that juries cannot turn to the Bible for advice during deliberations.
