The Student Arts Program was founded in the fall of 2015 by CU Student Government. Through a yearly submission process, the program seeks to collect and display a wide variety of original artwork created by CU Boulder students.

Artwork is reviewed by a panel of judges that decides which artwork is accepted into the program and where that artwork will be displayed. The UMC covers the cost of framing, hanging and securing the artwork. Prize money is available for the highest ranking artwork. The amount of the prize money varies on a yearly basis.

Submissions have closed for this year.
