Whether you are affiliated with CU Boulder or a member of the public, we can help you schedule meeting rooms, classrooms, outdoor spaces and other venues on the CU campus.
For large events, including receptions, parties, fundraisers, award ceremonies, large presentations or similar events with more than 200 people, we suggest you contact us directly so we can help you find the best venue for your event. We can also provide expert support regarding catering and other additional services you may require. There are established scheduling parameters that enable CU Boulder students, staff and faculty to book a room for a meeting, presentation, study group or similar event for less than 200 people, to utilize the online EMS system. An event planner or the EMS coordinator can explain the parameters as well as guide you in creating a user account.
