Parking

If you are planning an event on campus and need parking support, CU Parking Services can help make your event a success. They can help you determine the best parking or transit experience for your guests, provide cost estimates and assist with wayfinding with custom maps or signage. You can fill out their Event Parking Request Form, and one of their event coordinators will contact you. 

If you are not ready to submit a request yet but would like more information about event parking services, you can contact them by email at ParkingEvents@colorado.edu or by phone at 303-492-7344. It’s never too early to plan parking for your event!

Internet access for guests

Free, wireless internet access is available throughout campus. UCB Guest Wireless allows campus guests quick and easy access to the Internet. Guests simply choose UCB Guest Wireless SSID, open a web browser, agree to Terms and Conditions of Use and are immediately able to browse the internet.

Audio visual support

Are you hosting an event on campus that needs audio visual support? The UMC AV team can provide simple sound systems and projectors, DJ equipment and even custom packages to make it easy to get the solution you need.
