Description: This project will focus specifically on developing a proof of concept for Ratheon’s SpaceNet proposal by using four sensor units to determine a satellite’s orbit. In addition, SpaceNet will have the capacity to monitor the characteristics of a satellite’s signal (e.g. amount of data being transmitted, change in downlink location, etc) such that the system can keep track of a plethora of different targets in Low Earth Orbit.
