Description: SHADE will continue the work of the WRAITH and GHOST teams to build a system that can track objects in Highly Elliptical Orbits (HEOs) from a remote location, and can be deployed by 2 people in under 30 minutes. WRAITH will focus on the deployment system, which is intended to protect the tracking hardware from the environment.
