Description: The ProBE team is developing an automated functional battery tester that would be used to verify flight readiness of Li-ion batteries. Currently, a trained technician takes measurements on hundreds of battery pin combinations by hand over the course of a day using a handheld digital multimeter. This is not only time consuming, but a waste of human resources. ProBE aims to provide such a technician with a GUI controlled tool that would automate this tedious process in a safe and reliable manner.
