CEAE Online Learning Course Production Assistant
Deadline: Oct. 6—TODAY!
As a Course Production Assistant with the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering, you will support an instructor with developing their online courses (hosted on Coursera, a global learning platform). Hiree will assist with editing course materials, formatting materials for accessibility, uploading course content to Coursera’s platform and other related projects as necessary. 

CIEST is seeking a motivated student to assist with renovating the center’s website.
Application Deadline: Monday, Oct. 13, 2025

The site currently exists but needs updates in several areas — including the homepage, content organization, formatting and accessibility. The goal is to improve how the center presents its testing capabilities and research projects to both internal and external audiences.

This role involves using WebExpress to:

• Refresh and redesign key sections of the site
• Publish project reports and descriptions
• Select and upload representative images of testing and equipment
• Help communicate the center’s mission and work in a clear, modern way

We welcome your creative, contemporary design ideas! Sample websites may be provided as references for inspiration.
