If you plan to attend, consider registering for the Career Services Prepare for the Virtual Career Fair. This is remote on Feb. 6, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
We strongly suggest you join this fair and talk to a lot of employers. We currently have 57 employers registered. Now is your best chance to land a full-time job or internship. See the attached spreadsheet for a more complete list of employers.
Study Abroad
Interested in studying abroad? Education abroad application deadlines are typically between Feb.1-March 1 for summer and fall programs. See Engineering Global Semester in Portugal for fall 2024 and learn more here.
Are you a first-year student interested in studying abroad in fall 2024? Consider ISA Valencia in Spain, which will provide pre-approved courses for CEAE credit. Speak to your advisor, if you are interested!

Are you interested in construction engineering and design infrastructure projects? Join our information session to learn about applying to the Kiewit Scholars Program for the 2024-2025 academic year. Hear from program staff and alumni about how the program prepares students for a career path in various disciplines in the construction and engineering sector.
The Kiewit Scholars Program is open to all engineering majors (with an emphasis on CVEN, AREN, EVEN, ECEN, and MCEN) and supports students via financial aid, programmatic events, industry mentorship, and a guaranteed summer internship.
Apply NOW through March 15, 2024 for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Grad School 101 info session
Are you trying to decide whether to attend graduate school or go into industry when you graduate? Do you want to know more about CU Boulder's Bachelor Accelerated Masters (BAM) program as well as general information about graduate school? Join us on Zoom March 15 from 12:15-1:15 p.m. to hear from the CEAE graduate advising team and an engineer from industry about the perks of BAM, graduate school and the decision to go to industry vs. grad school.

CEAE Faculty Stories
The Department of Civil, Environmental & Architectural Engineering invites CEAE students to attend our Faculty Stories Series. This will feature our own faculty telling us about their path into engineering, what they’re currently working on, and their plans for the future. Light food and refreshments will be provided.

CEAE Tutor Interest
Interested in providing private tutoring for a CEAE course? If so, please take a moment to complete the CEAE Tutor Interest Form. Students who meet the specified criteria will be added to our CEAE tutor list, making them available as a resource for students seeking private tutoring. Note that the CEAE department will not provide financial support for tutors and any arrangements regarding expectations, fees and payments should be made directly between the tutor and student seeking tutoring. CEAE JEDI Committee seeking undergrad representative
The CEAE Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) Committee is seeking out CEAE and EVEN undergraduate student representatives to participate in our group for the 2023-2024 academic year. The committee, composed of staff, students and faculty, meets on Zoom every other Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m. We encourage you to read about our committee here, including current initiatives.
