Join CU Boulder’s 2024 concrete canoe team!
Each year, CU Boulder students construct a canoe out of concrete, plunk it in a lake and then race it against engineering students from other university concrete canoe teams. If this sounds fun, then think about joining the 2024 team. Read all about it!

Interested in education outreach and learning about cutting-edge environmental monitoring technology? This course will provide you with training, support and placement in middle and high school classrooms. No specific technical background required! All training provided in class.

CADSWES RiverWare User Group meeting
The Center for Advanced Decision Support for Water and Environmental Systems (CADSWES) will host the first post-Covid RiverWare User Group meeting on August 29-30.  CU Boulder students can attend the meeting for free, but registration is required. For $25, you will also receive lunch on Aug. 29. CEAE Peer Mentoring Program— Applications due Aug. 30! TOMMOROW!
The CEAE Peer Mentor Program (PMP) partners junior/senior students with incoming first-year students to create relationships and enhance the experience of being an architectural or civil engineering student. Share practical advice on classes, careers, life outside of school, internships and more! Learn and develop leadership skills as a mentor and help others become the rockstar you are today!

Celebrate the fall start with us! Join the CEAE department’s Welcome Back event on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 5-6 p.m. at the Engineering Center Herbst Plaza (outside area between ITLL and DLC).
