Dorothy Noble

Dorothy received her B.A. degree in Biology, M.S degree in Environmental Science and has extensive analytical, lab safety and lab management experience.  She’s participated in research in the Canadian Arctic, the Pacific Northwest, and was the Water Quality Chemist for the City & County of Broomfield’s Environmental Lab.  In 2007, Dorothy joined Dr. Summer’s lab, running disinfection by-product (DBP) analysis, participating in DBP formation projects, and managing the lab.  In 2016, Dorothy began managing the Environmental Engineering laboratories which currently include 17 Professor’s research labs, with over 80 students, post-docs and visiting researchers in the Sustainability, Energy and Environment Laboratories (SEEL), two labs on main campus, and the teaching lab in SEEL.
