Engineering Career Services is here to bring out your best and help you reach your potential. We are allies — starting your first year — in your personal growth and career development. We’ll work with you to discover your interests and strengths, learn about the industry that you choose to pursue, and develop effective strategies for launching your engineering career.

We help with major, career, and self-exploration; developing effective application materials, i.e. resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles; creating an internship and job search strategy; preparing for interviews; deciding between multiple offers; negotiating salary; identifying references; and more.
