Building a Foundation
- Establish an Advisor Agreement with your research advisor
- Attend one of the Grad+ Endurance Seminars led by Leslie Blood
- Attend a seminar on overcoming imposter syndrome
- Attend a CAPS workshop such as Anxiety Toolbox, Feel Better Fast or Skills for Thriving: An ACT based Workshop
- Watch the webinar recording for Time Tracking & Distraction Reductions
- Watch the webinar recording for Mastering Your Habitual Tendencies
Teaching and Mentorship
- Complete a micro-credential from the Center for Teaching and Learning, such as College Teaching in Practice, Just & Equitable Teaching or Principles of College Teaching
- Complete a certification program with the CTL, such as Certificate in College Teaching, Future Faculty Development Certificate or Pursuing Excellence in College Teaching Credential
Research and Thesis
- Attend a Weekly Write-In with the Graduate School
- Present a paper or poster at a conference
