Inclusive Teaching and Learning Community of Practice (ITL CoP)

AL

The Inclusive Teaching and Learning Community of Practice (ITL CoP) is a supportive network for equity-minded educators, staff, students and others at CU Boulder. It’s a space to connect, learn, and share strategies for fostering inclusivity, equity, and social justice in teaching and learning contexts.

What is ITL CoP?

ITL CoP operates as a Community of Practice (CoP)—a group of individuals united by common goals who meet on a regular basis to discuss questions and curiosities, share knowledge and resources, and support one another in continually improving their practice. ITL CoP is a space where participants reflect, ask questions, and take action to build more equitable learning communities.

ITL CoP Mission

The mission of ITL CoP is to:

  • Discuss and Develop Inclusive Teaching and Learning Practices – Create and refine tools and frameworks for embedding inclusive approaches in teaching and learning.
  • Empower through Knowledge Sharing – Share resources and insights to support continuous learning and growth.
