Inclusive Community of Practice (ICoP)
A community of practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a common concern or interest and come together to fulfill both individual and group goals. During the academic year, the Inclusive Community of Practice (ICoP) hosted by the Center for Teaching & Learning provides a monthly meeting space and inclusivity network email list to share best practices and create new knowledge on topics related to diversity, inclusion, equity, social justice, and human interaction.
ICoP Mission: To connect equity-minded folks on campus for development of inclusive practices and policies in the classroom through sharing and curation of existing and collaboratively innovated knowledge.
