This position is part of the WAPA-RMR-Rocky Mountain Region. The Civil Engineer, is primarily concerned with the development of projects, field engineering data collection, technical review, project management, construction coordination, safety program direction, and surveillance of contract construction of new facilities and modification of a wide range of projects and facilities in the Region.
