Admission to the Department of Aerospace Engineering Sciences is organized by the College of Engineering in coordination with the campus Office of Admissions. For general details on admissions and requirements see the following links:
Visit
The University Admissions office offers guided campus tours Monday - Friday throughout the year. We also offer guided tours of the Aerospace Building on most weekdays during the Fall and Spring semesters. These tours are free, but reservations are required. Additional information is available on the our Visit Us page.
CU Boulder also offers a variety of all-day visit programs. These include the CU Boulder Engineering Sampler, Be a CU Student for a Day, and programs designed for students who are underrepresented in the engineering fields. Pre-registration is required for all full-day events. The Admissions office has registration information and specific dates on their Visit Campus page.

What’s Next After Acceptance?
You’ve been accepted to the program and now want to know what is next? First, congratulations on a job well done! The first step in the process is to confirm your plan to enter into the program.
In early June, the New Student and Families Program begins reaching out to all new freshman and transfer students via email to coordinate orientation. Once you have completed orientation, your advisor will contact you to begin developing your personalized academic plan.
