LM Armstrong is currently seeking a Superintendent for large commercial concrete projects. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the construction project
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county
officials, and client
• Achieve Project Milestones
• Quality Control/Performs Quality inspections
• Verifies adherence to plans and specifications
• Document Control
• Maintain high standards of workmanship
• Enforcement of all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in concrete is required
• Familiarity with construction management software ie(ProCore)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
