The Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering is conducting a broad search to fill multiple faculty openings. These positions are expected to add to existing strengths in interdisciplinary research thrusts such as energy; resilience and sustainability; structures and materials; geo-engineering; and civil engineering systems. We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in:
- Building Systems Engineering,
- Structural Engineering and Structural Mechanics, and
- Geotechnical Engineering and Geomechanics,
including systems approaches. Successful candidates will be expected to engage in both undergraduate and graduate teaching, contribute to professional service, and develop vigorous, externally funded research programs in their technical areas while fostering collaboration with other faculty.
