Hours: Pilot will be open during scheduled course hours starting at 8 am and ending after the last class of the day. Only students enrolled in the class taking place will be permitted to use the Pilot or CoPilot at those times.

All students taking classes in the Pilot or CoPilot or those who wish to use the facilities are required to take a Pilot Tour. Due to Covid-19, this tour is now offered through Canvas. If you have not taken this course, please self-enroll on Canvas.

For students who took the tour in Fall 2019-Spring 2020, those accounts are still active. However, BuffOne Card access to the Pilot for after-hours access has been terminated. Please see the details below.

After-hour access will be available starting the second week of school, beginning August 31. Access is by BuffOne Card only.

Due to Covid-19, a separate training is required for BuffOne card activation. The training can be found by self-enrolling into the Canvas course listed above with the module name: "After-hours Access Request". Please note, you must have a valid Aero-ITL account, in addition to taking the "After-hours Access" training.

If you have any questions or issues please contact aeropilot@colorado.edu.

Computing: If you need to reset your Aero-ITL password, you can reset it online.

For Faculty/Staff and other ITL passwords resets, please use this link.

Equipment: All workstations have individual power supplies, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes. Computers are imaged with core coursework software including: Matlab, Solidworks, Altium, STK, CorelDraw, ANSYS.

See below for full lists of manufacturing and testing equipment. Submit your rapid prototyping needs.
