Proposal Submission Request (PSR) Form

All new proposals require a Proposal Submission Request (PSR) form, which must be completed and signed by the lead CU Boulder Investigator (the Principal Investigator) at least five business days prior to proposal submission. The primary purpose of the PSR form is to collect important proposal-related information and have the PI attest to specific compliance considerations in one location. For detailed guidance on completing the PSR form, see thePSR User Guide.

A PSR is also required for proposals that are resubmissions, as well as proposal requests for supplements, competing continuations, or renewals.

If a proposal has already been submitted and a revised budget is requested for previously submitted estimates, a new PSR is not required. Please contact your Proposal Analyst if a revised budget is needed prior to an award being made.
