As we close out the state fiscal year in June, the Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) typically sees a large increase in the volume of awards. OCG staff are working diligently to move awards through as quickly as possible and respond to emails and requests.
All sponsored awards must be processed, reviewed and negotiated through OCG, before the Campus Controller's Office can set these awards up in the financial system.
If you have urgent matters during this time, please send them to your appropriate OCG contact with ‘URGENT’ in the subject line. We will make every effort to handle these as quickly as possible.
If you are in need of a No-Cost Extension (NCE), OCG has developed sponsor specific webforms for NCE requests. These forms ensure that OCG receives all of the information required to be able to submit a timely, complete and valid submission request per Sponsor requirements.
