Sustainable Food Systems • Recruitment & Diversity Graduate Assistant
Tejas Srikanth is a first-year MENV graduate student in the Sustainable Food Systems specialization. Growing up in small-town Indiana, he witnessed the negative effects of industrial corn and soybean farming firsthand, which lead him to place focus on the negation of chemical overuse in industrial agriculture. Before coming to MENV, Tejas completed his undergraduate degree at CU within the environmental studies department. Afterwards, he spent time working in urban agriculture through a local non-profit organization. Outside of his work with MENV, Tejas enjoys spending his free time playing tennis and practicing the saxophone.
