MENV Email Lists
MENV email lists should be used to communicate to specific groups in the community. All lists are moderated for those that are not subscribers in specific lists. For any questions or concerns regarding MENV email lists, please contact Bobbie Bryant.
Hosting Events for MENV
MENV Official Function If a staff or student member will be holding or coordinating an official function (an event where MENV community members are invited) an Official Function Form must be completed.
SEEC Room Reservations Staff and students are permitted to request the use of SEEC conference rooms for MENV events. In order to ensure equitable resource allocation, reservation priority and rates are determined by partner status, university affiliation, mission alignment, and/or for profit status. The SEEC Auditorium requires a fee for usage.
MENV Purchase Request Form The MENV Purchase Request form should be submitted by staff and student members who would like to use MENV funding to request support materials (food, event supplies, etc.) or other academic related purchases.
