CU Boulder offers resources to help you find housing through the Off-Campus Housing and Neighborhood Relations Office and the use of Ralphie’s List. This rental database allows students to search for available properties, find roommates, and advertise sublets. Many graduate students also use external organizations, websites, and property management companies to search for housing in Boulder and surrounding, often times more affordable, areas like Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, and Broomfield. While these communities are farther from campus, CU provides students with a free RTD Eco-Pass which allows for free public transportation throughout the entire Denver metro area.

CU also offers furnished and unfurnished one, two, or three-bedroom apartments located a short walk from campus. These are an excellent choice for graduate students with families, who are married, and those who are single parents. A limited number of studio apartments are also available to single students who are 21 or older. Visit the CU Housing Website for more information.
