On September 1, the city of Boulder voted to add daytime restrictions for excessive noise.

Become a Neighborhood Ambassador

Interested in becoming a Neighborhood Ambassador? Neighborhood Ambassadors serve as student leaders, assisting offcampus student tenants with their transition to their off-campus housing, especially in the University Hill area. Neighborhood Ambassadors are currently paid $16/hour.

Become a Commuter Peer Mentor

Commuter Peer Mentors (CPMs) serve as student leaders, assisting first‐year commuter students with their transition to the University of Colorado Boulder. Commuter Peer Mentors currently receive $750 leadership stipend for each semester in the role.

Register for the Housing Fair

The CU Off Campus Housing Fair is an opportunity for students to connect with landlords, property managers and other campus affiliates to assist in the search of future housing options. Open to all students, there is no registration needed to attend. Free pizza will be available from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and if you swipe your Buff OneCard, you will be entered into a drawing for prizes.

  • Nov. 17, 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. in the Village Center Multipurpose Room

Our office is here to help you with all aspects of living off campus, from searching for an apartment and roommate, understanding Boulder housing options and providing free lease reviews with our staff attorney, to navigating roommate disagreements, understanding Boulder ordinances and advocating for your rights as a student and tenant.
