Innovative Financing and City Budgeting for Resilience
In partnership with the City of Boulder and 100 Resilient Cities and managed by the Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Boulder (Greg Guibert), this Capstone will seek to understand the financial challenges and funding gaps for urban resilience projects. The Capstone will be a culmination of research, collaboration, and outputs that seek to inform city and state governments on ways to improve market behavior in order to better support resiliency.
