Are you a first-year CU Engineering student interested in careers in construction engineering and design infrastructure? The Kiewit Design-Build Scholars Program may be for you! The program supports students through scholarship funding, events, industry mentorship and a guaranteed internship.

Artificial intelligence is reportedly having a huge impact on the job market, especially for software developer positions. We will be asking four panelists with many years of experience in the software industry and a deep familiarity with how AI technologies are changing programming. The discussion and Q+A session will focus on what students should be doing to improve their employment chances and what we may expect to see in the future.

Advising Holds
You may have an “advising hold” on your student account. This hold will prevent you from enrolling in fall classes (although it will not impact summer registration), so you’ll want to connect with your advisor well ahead of your enrollment date. Resolving all holds and to-do items are important steps each term.

Your Engineering Peer Advisors are pros at navigating the CU Boulder Class Search, and they’re ready to help with anything in your Course Cart. They host drop‑in sessions Monday through Friday, and you can find them easily through Buff Portal Advising. Whether you’re swapping a section or reorganizing your schedule, they’re an excellent resource to have on your side!

Plus, the peer and professional advisors will be joining forces at Foodie Tuesday on March 24 from 5–7 p.m. Come get your questions answered and enjoy some great food!

Attend this interactive workshop to understand why we do it and how to stop! You will get to explore and practice strategies you can put to use this semester and beyond. Presented by CAPS embedded therapist Audrey Gilfillan and Senior Academic Coach Anna Hemming.
