CU Boulder now offers free, flexible and confidential online counseling through BetterMynd—a virtual therapy platform designed specifically for college students. All enrolled students can access free 50‑minute tele-therapy sessions with licensed mental health professionals, and no insurance is required. 

BetterMynd is an additional option alongside support at CAPS.
