Zachary Weiner

Zach is a Student Assistant at the Mortenson Center in Global Engineering & Resilience. He is in his final year of his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Colorado Boulder. Zach was a member of the Global Engineering Residential Academic Program (RAP) during his first year at CU in 2022 and has stayed involved with the Mortenson Center since.

Throughout his degree, Zach has volunteered with the University of Colorado Boulder Chapter of Engineers Without Borders USA. He was the Project Manager on water source and distribution projects in Caserio Totolya, Guatemala and Bashalan, Ecuador, the latter of which is ongoing. He then served as President of the CU Boulder chapter, when he worked to establish an exciting new partnership with the Mortenson Center.
