Peer Mentorship Program

MENV Peer Mentor Program Mission:

• The mission of MENV’s Peer Mentor Program is to support new incoming students in navigating University policy, MENV’s policy and curriculum, their transition to CU Boulder, Boulder and Colorado. We do this by uplifting the skills and qualities they inherently bring to the institution and MENV Program, that will support them in learning and contributing to the campus and program's culture.

Structure

• July: You will be connected with your mentor! There will be an opportunity to meet either in person or virtually during summer (minimum of two meetings).
• Fall Semester: minimum of two meetings for at least 30min. At least one meeting in person with opportunity of a virtual meeting if needed.
• There might be other opportunities for engagement and support always considering peoples schedules and time commitment. We want this opportunity to be an additional support and resource.
