Liz Holland (she/her) first came to the Masters of the Environment (MENV) program at CU Boulder as a student in the Sustainable Food Systems specialization. Before MENV, she did mission-driven work to create greater access to food, nature space, and education in the nonprofit sector. Liz is passionate about working at the intersection of community engagement, social/environmental justice, and education. Working at MENV, she hopes to foster an equitable, sustainable, and diverse (culturally and biologically) future for Earth and its inhabitants.
Liz earned her B.S. in Geography (Communication minor) from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Masters of the Environment degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.
