The MENV Guest Lecturer Request Form should be submitted for each guest speaker you would like to compensate. It is recommended that faculty submit this form several weeks in advance of the lecture/meeting in order to receive the required approvals in a timely manner. (Please note: If the guest lecturer will be part of an event you are planning in which there will be food, event rentals, etc. please don’t forget to submit the MENV Official Function form).

Please first read through the MENV Guest Speaker Compensation guidelines located here and then fill in the details below to receive approval and start the compensation process. Parking passes: If you want to request a parking pass for your guest speaker, please be aware that the fee is $10/per day per vehicle.  

If this lecture is part of a specialization course/meeting, please select 'yes' below and add the Specialization Lead's contact information when requested. After you click 'continue' you will be taken to the MENV Guest Lecturer request form. Please answer all required questions and click 'finish' when the form is complete. The form will then automatically be routed to the MENV Finance Manager and Associate Director for Program Administration (and Spec Lead if added) for their approval. You can expect to receive a response within 5-7 business days after submission.
