Team 27: Deployable Thermal Radiator
Abstract
Sierra Space is exploring the concept of reusable satellite components to support sustainable practices. Our team has designed a unique radiator system that actively flows pressurized coolant across its rotating joints throughout its full range of motion. These joints allow for precise solar tracking to optimize heat dissipation and enable stowing for reentry to keep orbits clear of debris.
