A little about my career path: BS 1993 Mechanical Engineering, MBA 2001 University of Southern California. After graduating from CU Engineering, I followed a business path where I was a management consultant at a local firm, Xenergy for 2 years followed by a global firm A.T. Kearney for 6 years. After getting my MBA, I joined a software company where I started as a Project Manager and worked my way up to Director of Client Services. In 2011, I decided to start my own business and opened our first STACK Subs in 2012. We now have two locations in the Denver area including Lakewood Belmar Shopping Area and Downtown at 17th and Market. I am very proud that STACK Subs was voted Best Sandwich Shop in Denver back to back in 2017 & 2018 by Westword Readers' Choice.
