ME Staff Professional Development Fund Request

Please keep in mind when completing the Staff Professional Development Fund Request Form.

• Prior to applying for the department fund, please ensure to apply for the college fund, Engineering Staff Professional Development Fund provides up to $500 if approved. • Later in the fiscal year, the college fund may be depleted, and they may not accept applications.  In those cases, you may indicate in the Additional Comment box on this form “the college fund was not available”.  Then, apply for the department fund for the full amount.
• Please attach the fully signed forms (both the college fund and ME department fund) to your receipts and the filled PCard/Travel/Personal Reimbursement form. After your travel is concluded (if applicable), submit ALL mentioned documents to CEAS Financial Service Center for reconciling your expenses and processing your Concur report.
