Students with gyroscopic cup holder projectProjects from dozens of budding engineers will be on display Saturday, Dec. 8 at CU Boulder.

The fall Design Expo, hosted by the Integrated Teaching & Learning Laboratory, will be held from 10:30-12:30 on Dec. 8. The event is free and open to the public.

The expo features student engineering projects from 667 students across 154 teams, the culmination of the "First-Year Engineering Projects," "Invention and Innovation" and "Engineering for the Community" courses.

Volunteer judges from local industries and the CU faculty will rate projects on design robustness, creativity and innovation. Attendees can vote on a People's Choice Award.

The ITLL is located at 1045 Regent Drive.
