The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance is committed to preventing and eliminating discrimination and harassment based on race, color, national origin, pregnancy, sex, age, disability, creed, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, veteran status, political affiliation, or political philosophy at the University of Colorado Boulder.

The Office of Victim Assistance offers free and confidential information, consultation, support, advocacy, and short-term counseling to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Colorado Boulder.

The Faculty and Staff Assistance Program is dedicated to serving the emotional and psychological needs of the campus community. FSAP offers brief counseling, crisis support, and referral services to CU Boulder-campus faculty and staff members. Employee receive an intake session plus six counseling sessions.

The Ombuds Office is a confidential, impartial, informal and independent problem-solving and conflict resolution resource for all members of the University community.

The Real Help Hotline gives you access to professional counselors who can offer assistance finding local resources or provide immediate crisis counseling. It’s a free and confidential service and it’s available 24/7. The service is available to all employees through the Be Colorado program. 

SilverCloud offers secure, immediate access to online CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) programs, tailored to your specific needs.

The Office of Faculty Affairs coordinates a variety of activities associated with faculty life and academic programming on the Boulder campus.

Student Employment helps CU Boulder students find on- and off- campus jobs, and helps CU Boulder colleges and departments as well as local employers hire CU Boulder students.

The Vice Chancellor for Research provides the infrastructure and administrative support necessary to promote and sustain our highly productive faculty and research programs.

Staff Council represents staff employees of the Boulder campus by serving as a liaison to the UCB administration by recommending proposals designed to improve the status and protect the rights of staff employees and by fostering community engagement and enhancing employee morale.

The BFA is proactively building engagement by putting in place initiatives that provide every member of the faculty with the opportunity to have their voice heard and participate in building the CU community.

Parking and Transportation Services is responsible for the construction, maintenance, enforcement and administration of most of the university's existing and new parking facilities, customer service, business operations and providing staffing and traffic coordination plans for thousands of annual campus events.
