CrossFit has arrived at CU!

CrossFit training is here and can be found in the brand new, state-of-the-art base training space at The Rec. Build strength and join an awesome community right on campus.

CrossFit classes are offered 1-2 times per week as a series.Check out the schedule and register today!

Locker rentals are available

New locker rental sales have begun with the for students, faculty and staff. New lockers must be rented in person at the Rec Center’s Guest Services desk.

Choose a from a variety of sizes and locations including main, wet, all gender and hockey lockers.

Stay in the know with The Rec app

Get the The Rec app from Fusion Go and opt in to notification groups like aquatics, Be Fit classes, the climbing gym and more to be updated as things change or programs are announced for your specific interests.

To opt in, open the app, click the menu button in the top left, go to notifications, then select the groups you are interested in.

Free flu shots at The Rec

Stop by the Rec Center for a free student flu shot in the Fitwell Suite!

  • Wednesdays: 2 - 4 p.m.
  • Thursdays: 10 a.m. - noon

Scheduled appointments are suggested/preferred. Drop-ins will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
