Fitness and Wellness (FitWell) is committed to providing quality fitness and wellness opportunities which encourage development, community and lifelong wellbeing. This is done through one-time fitness classes, instruction courses lasting weeks long, personal training opportunities and through our wellness suite.
If you are a member of the Rec Center, the Be Fit Pass gives you unlimited access to over 65 group fitness classes every week!
Small Group Trainings are 4-6 week long training courses focusing on improving specific focus areas. These classes are taught by professionals in their field and are limited to ensure a personalized experience.
CU Boulder employees are able to participate in a variety of free group fitness classes throughout the semester. Classes take place twice per month, and alternate between yoga and strength-based practices. Classes are taught in-person and there is a live-stream option.
Students can schedule a free appointment with a registered dietitian. The consultation will provide assistance regarding eating habits, answer questions, provide recommendations, resources and referrals as needed.
