Powerlifting

Join one of our Certified Personal Trainers for a 5-week intensive course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including squat, deadlift and bench press. Whether it's your first time performing each lift or prepping for a competition, this small group training will help fine tune your lifting techniques for optimal strength results. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Session 1

  • Dates: June 3, 2022 - July 1, 2022
  • Days: Fridays
  • Time: 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
  • Location: Main weight room

Handstands and Mobility

Step into this four week training to improve overall body mobility as well as the capacity to shift between your hands and feet. The focus will be on establishing a strong connection with your core, then building strength and flexibility in the joints of the hips, elbows and wrists. This class does not require previous experience and is open to all levels. If you are looking to improve any movement practice, whether it is yoga or strength training, this small group training is for you.

  • Dates: July 5, 2022 - July 28, 2022
  • Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Time: 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
  • Location: Mind body studio
  • Fee: $80

Strong Start

Each class will start with a dynamic warm-up, light sets on the Barbells, lifting working weight, and a cool down. As a participant, you’ll be given tools to track your performance and see your improvement through the course. The course will end with a "Max week/class” to reestablish your baseline and see how much you’ve improved! A complimentary In-Body assessment for will also be offered to participants to learn more about their body composition and make up.

Cardio Kickboxing

Experience 45-minutes of stress relieving, sweat producing action. Join the new Cardio kickboxing class which incorporates both HIIT work and basic bag drills. Feel your heart rate climb, your mental focus sharpen and your confidence soar.

Cardio kickboxing

Barbell Training and Program Design

Have you ever wondered how programs are created? Join us in this 4-week training where you will learn how to perform compound barbell exercises, use and correct personal form and perform spotting techniques. In addition, you will learn the technique behind program design to help you develop a balanced routine.

Bodybuilding

For an intense, six week course learn how to improve your physique and properly gain muscle mass through progressive, hypertrophy training. Beginners will learn the fundamentals of bodybuilding and how to create a successful, efficient program. More experienced lifters will have the opportunity to bring their training to the next level with program optimization and learn how to break through plateaus. All levels welcome, no experience required.

Ski Fit

Getting ready for the upcoming ski season?! Join one of our Certified Personal Trainers in this fun training to increase your strength, stamina, flexibility and speed to enhance your performance on the slopes. All levels welcome.

Mind and Body Courses

Deep Dive Yoga

Explore the intertwining physicality and mental connection that happens during yoga practice. This class builds each week, allowing participants to develop a yoga practice that not only opens physical exploration but offers opportunity for discovering how yoga can play role in your mental health.

Yoga Basics

This small group workshop teaches the basics of yoga. Classes will focus on the breath work, postures and alignment. Yoga Basics will provide space for experienced practitioners to deepen their understanding while providing an open space for newcomers to learn about the benefits regular yoga practice. Each class will have a similar design, with breath and posture warm-up, followed by 10-15 minutes of workshop-style discussion. Classes will conclude with restorative postures and guided relaxation.
