Join one of our Certified Personal Trainers for a 5-week intensive course on proper form and progression of powerlifting movements including squat, deadlift and bench press. Whether it's your first time performing each lift or prepping for a competition, this small group training will help fine tune your lifting techniques for optimal strength results. All levels welcome, no experience required.
This small group workshop teaches the basics of yoga. Classes will focus on the breath work, postures and alignment. Yoga Basics will provide space for experienced practitioners to deepen their understanding while providing an open space for newcomers to learn about the benefits regular yoga practice. Each class will have a similar design, with breath and posture warm-up, followed by 10-15 minutes of workshop-style discussion. Classes will conclude with restorative postures and guided relaxation.
Take your yoga off the mat and into the pool. Improve balance and gain core strength while practicing the inner awareness of paddleboard yoga. This class will enhance your inner stability while gently floating on the water. Please wear a modest bathing suit or clothing appropriate for the pool allowing for movement while doing yoga postures. All participants should be comfortable in deep water.
