Handstands and Mobility

Let's get upside down! Did you know inversions increase the blood flow to the brain, giving it more oxygen and nutrients and making the brain function faster and better. This can improve concentration, memory, observation and boosts clear thinking. Step into this five week training to improve overall body mobility as well as the capacity to shift between your hands and feet. We'll focus on establishing a strong connection with your core, then building strength and flexibility in the joints of the hips, elbows and wrists. Mobility is the combination of flexibility and strength and in this class you will learn everyday mobility exercises which you can add to any workout regime. This class does not require previous experience and is open to all levels. If you are looking to improve any movement practice, whether it is yoga or strength training, this small group training is for you.
