Train with power in this true, results driven, cycling class. We will guide you through a solid workout with immediate data from a power console. Don’t be intimated, we will deliver a positive riding experience for individuals of all fitness levels.

Join us on the rooftop tennis courts for a calming and restorative yoga class. No experience necessary, no BeFit Pass required. Please bring your own mats for the class.

SET (Strength Endurance Training)
This strength endurance training class will not only build sculpted lean muscle, but strengthen your knowledge for proper strength training form and improve your cardiovascular endurance. This class will help you build strength by utilizing a variety of sets and rep ranges to achieve total body symmetry and muscular balance. If the fitness court is unusable due to extreme weather conditions the class will be held indoors.
Free Power Yoga
An invigorating Vinyasa style class that focuses on strength, stability, endurance and flexibility by using a flowing series of postures to create heat in the body. A great class for those who have some yoga experience and are looking for a challenge. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Yoga for Anxiety & Stress
Inclusive Rec Offering as well as a Free Friday Power Hour: Learn how to use yoga poses and breath work to calm down and find your center. By transferring focus and attention to the body and breath, yoga can help reduce anxiety and release the physical tension which often accompanies stress. With each yoga pose and flow participants are encouraged to experience that muscular release as well as quietness within the mind. The class also includes a guided meditation to seal the practice. No experience necessary to participate, simply join in.

HIIT & Run turns our campus into your gym! It’s a combination of running through campus with regular stops to use steps, railings and grassy areas for short bursts of HIIT! It’s sure to keep you on your toes and will show you parts of campus you’ve never explored.
