Tuesday, March 3. 6-9 p.m., Fiske Planetarium
Out in STEM is teaming up with Wunder Power to host a screening of The Birdcage, a popular LGBTQ+ film from the ’90s. The event is free, and Chipotle will be provided! The film will be followed by a brief discussion and networking. 

Thursday, March 5. 6:30-7:30 p.m., ECNT 312 or on Zoom
The CU Boulder chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers is hosting Matthew Krist of the Rocky Mountain AHRAE chapter for a discussion about working in HVAC and prepping for career fairs. Food will be provided. RSVPs are requested.

If you’re interested in creativity, collaboration and building something awesome, check out HackCU12 — a 24-hour hackathon right here at CU Boulder! You’ll work in teams to create projects at the intersection of technology, design and innovation. No experience is required — there will be workshops, mentors, free food, job opportunities, and plenty of swag. Learn more and register.

Alumnae at different stages of their careers will share insights, lessons learned, and strategies for navigating the engineering field and advancing professionally.

March 23-24. Limelight Hotel Boulder
Want to take a deep dive into the convergence of quantum technologies and space applications? Students are welcome to attend this dynamic event, which will feature some of the top experts in their fields. The symposium is free, but advance registration is required.

As a graduating student, you're about to become part of a growing CU Engineering alumni community that is over 50,000 strong! Join us to commemorate your accomplishments, raise a glass with your classmates and participate in the annual Ring & Pin Ceremony. Please RSVP by March 6. 

Summer registration starts Wednesday, March 4 (by assigned date/time). Check your summer enrollment date in the Buff Portal — instructions are available on the Registrar's Office website.

We recommend registering promptly for any summer classes you're considering, especially if you need them to stay on track for your intended graduation date.  Some classes will fill up quickly, and others may be canceled if enrollment is low.

Important notes:

• If you have advising or faculty mentoring holds, they will not prevent summer registration.
• See the Summer Session website for information about summer tuition, dates and deadlines, etc.
• Continuing Education also offers summer classes, but has different registration dates and tuition rates than Main Campus.
