Travel
- The nearest airport to fly in is Denver International Airport (DIA)
- Please plan to arrive on Feb 8th 2024 by 1 pm MST at the latest as the drive from DIA to Boulder is an hour and event check in starts at 2 pm.
- Arranged accommodation from the department is for three nights - Feb 8th check in and Feb 11th check out. However, if you are interested in extending your stay please discuss your plans with Grad Program Manager before you purchase your tickets.
Accommodation
- Lodging is on a double occupancy basis at Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder, 2601 Canyon Blvd, Boulder, CO 80302,. Phone: (303) 443-2600.
- Rooms are booked for Feb 8th check in and Feb 11th check out, a total of THREE nights.
- Hotel check in is at 3 pm, MST, however the hotel will hold your luggage until rooms are ready, if you arrive early.
- Event check in will be at the hotel lobby which will start at 2:00 pm - please look for Computer Science table with our staff.
- Register and collect your welcome package before you head in for the poster session.
Meals
- Breakfast is included in the hotel stay.
- Department will arrange for the following meals
- Dinner on Thursday, February 8th
- Lunch and Dinner on Friday, February 9th
- Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, February 10th
Poster Session
- Poster Session in the East End/West End Conference Room.
- Refreshments will be available.

Parking
14 seater vans will be available to transport you to and from Campus. For local participants, we will book a space in campus during Feb 9th event day.
