Smead Aerospace conference rooms can be reserved using the campus EMS system. To schedule a room, you will need to log in using your Identikey.
Room reservation priority is for aerospace faculty, staff, and students. The first two weeks of each semester are reserved for only academic reservations.
Other campus units and outside groups may reserve rooms and hold events in the aerospace building, but must agree to our reservation polices and fee schedule. If you have additional questions or would like to schedule an event, email Kassadi Gabriel: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are hosting an event that will include 100+ attendees, you must also fill out and submit the Event Management Form.
