Colette Crouse

Colette's professional sustainability experience spans government, environmental NGOs, Fortune 500 organizations and fast-growing start-ups. She has supported numerous small businesses to Fortune 500s in establishing climate programs across their global operations and value chains. Building on her technical expertise in emissions accounting, target-setting and reduction planning, Colette has also designed and delivered supply chain and investment portfolio enablement programs.

Colette currently serves as Director of Carbon Services with Stok, an integrated sustainability services firm specializing in the built environment. Prior to Stok, Colette was Director of Sustainability Services at Optera, a technical sustainability consulting and VC-backed software firm based in Boulder. Before pursuing a career in corporate consulting, Colette worked in social responsibility and external relations at Newmont Goldcorp, and managed sustainability communication and engagement initiatives at the City of Boulder’s Climate Initiatives Department.

Colette holds an M.B.A from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and a B.A. in International Studies from University of Oregon Clark Honors College.
