Brendan Park (he/him) graduated from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) with an MFA in Creative Writing and worked as a lecturer in Composition, English, and Academic English before transitioning into his role as a professional writing specialist and fellowships advisor. At UCI, Brendan advised students from across the curriculum in applying to prestigious national and international graduate fellowships and merit awards such as the NSF GRFP, Rhodes, and Fulbright. This enriching experience enabled him to exercise his passions for providing hands-on student support and fostering the ambitions of impact-driven students and future leaders poised to effect positive social change.
A lover of the outdoors, good novels, and international travel, Brendan is thrilled to join the MENV team as full-time academic advisor to our next generation of environmental leaders.
