Ride & Show Engineer: Universal Creative.

I am currently the lead attraction engineer for several new rides and shows that are being developed for the Universal Studios theme parks in Beijing, China and Osaka, Japan. My work includes Ride Systems, Animatronic Figures, Special Effects, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems, Theatrical Rigging, and Show Action Equipment.

I previously worked for several years with Disney Parks & Resorts and Walt Disney Imagineering where I designed, installed, maintained, and enhanced animatronic figures, animatronic character costumes, and other show systems. You can currently see my work in all 6 Disney resorts across the globe. Before entering the themed entertainment industry, I worked as a project engineer for a general contractor on infrastructure projects, most notably the Port Mann Bridge in Vancouver, Canada.
