Project Manager | Flatiron Construction

A little about my career path: I started as a young engineer working for a general contractor managing specific scopes of construction for large bridge projects on the west coast.  I've grown into both the business and management aspects of those construction projects and am now responsible for the large projects as whole.  I've grown from running the technical scopes of the project in the field to management/business role in the office.

Ask me about: I have an expertise in managing technical contracts.  This involves recognizing and analyzing risk across many different variables (financial risk, engineering design risk, safety risk, etc).  Correctly managing a contract while working in and out of those risk profiles is challenging.
